My team at Mike Anderson’s BBQ House in Dallas has volunteered to give up their gratuities during Covid-19. The gratuities we receive along with donations from our guests are rung up as a sale instead at each days end. Then we generate meals for the community with those proceeds.
Our gratuity generated meals go out primarily to three segments of our community. The homeless community, the medical community and of course to our furloughed brothers and sisters in the hospitality community.
Do more with less is the mantra around here right now.
