Follow This Procedure:

After removing knob, locate the screw inside the shaft. If the thermometer reads lower than the thermostat, turn slotted screw counter clockwise, no more than 1/8 turn at a time.
If the thermometer reads higher than the thermostat, turn the slotted screw clockwise no more than 1/8 turn at a time.
